The GLF1521 is an integrated load switch with a programmable slew rate control to provide variable output voltage rising times by an external capacitor to minimize inrush current.
The GLF1521 operates in an input range from 0.6 V to 3.6 V and supports 5 A maximum continuous output current. The GLF1521 features a low RON, quiescent current (IQ) and shutdown current (ISD), which support implementation of better system efficiency.
The GLF1521 is available in 2 mm x 2 mm DFN package with a thermal bad on the bottom for high power dissipation.
